By far everyone has become habitual of wearing masks because of the viral coronavirus. Though wearing a mask is a blessing in disguise yet it’s very difficult for those suffering from poor oral hygiene and bad breath issues. Yes some people are fighting battles because of the 24/7 bad smell coming from their own mouths, behind their masks. Reasons of bad breath along with Remedial Measures

Smoking

Cigarettes having tons of toxins and chemicals can be a reason for bad mouth odor and plaque in your teeth. Cigarettes also lead to a dry mouth which means bacteria are not washed away as they often should have been. Poor oral hygiene

As mentioned earlier, certain medicines can lead to dry mouth, further leading to bad breath. Knowing those medicines and their alternatives can do the needful. Drinking Coffee or Alcohol
